Making Animated Wallpapers for Cellphones in Flash.

Hi, You are problably here because you want to learn to make animated wallpapers for your cell phone.So, Lets get going.

We are going to make our wallpaper in Flash CS4.

First of all open the program and on the welcome screen select Flash File (m

When Adobe device central Opens up then select a predefined setting from the top left column according to you cell phone specifications.

Now your flash stage comes in front.press Ctrl+J to select the background.

Now get to making the animation.I have made a blue rectangle on the stage.Now press Ctrl+k and match the rectangle size to stage and align it to the stage.

Make sure the "TO stage" button is checked.

Now select the rectangle and press Ctrl+B to break it

from Graphic to Symbol.

Now Click on frame 10 in the timeline at the bottom and press F6 to

create a new frame.

Right click on any of the frames between 1 and 10 and select shape tween.

On the 10th frame change the color of the rectangle to a lighter

shade of blue.

You will get the basic animation.Now to give it a Pulsing feel.

Select all the 10 frames by pressing Shift+click and the right click and

click on copy frames.

Right click on frame 11 and press paste frames.

Selecting frames 11 to 20 Right click and select reverse frames.

You will now get a pulsing feel.

Save your file to some folder from the file menu.

From the file menu select publish settings.and check flash(.swf).

You will get a .swf file in the folder where you saved the .fla file.

Copy this file to your cell phone and make it your wallpaper.
